We live in a society
which many times often cause us to present a presence that is not true.
We all want to be liked and loved
(trying hard to fit into the mold that society dictates as the American Dream).
I am who I am,
and everyday I become aged like a fine wine,
slowly savor the flavor of what life has taught me,
taste the sweetness of spirit that lives in me
and lastly accept me for who I am not what you think I should be.
I will continue to grow, so grow with me.
